Outside Sales Representative (Curbing) Location: Illinois (IL) (Remote): Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Curbing Sales Representative is responsible for driving specifications and sales of Polycor’s granite curbing through proactive engagement with DOTs, municipalities, engineering firms, master planners and private developers. This role focuses on building product awareness, influencing project specifications, and ensuring Polycor stones are selected and maintained throughout the design and construction cycle. The rep acts as a trusted consultant — combining product expertise & design insight, skills to deliver results that align with Polycor’s growth strategy and premium product position. Key Responsibilities: Curbing Specification & Design Development - Promote Polycor’s granite curbing to DOTs, municipalities, engineering firms, master planners, and private developers, and secure project specifications through design and bid phases. - Conduct CEU presentations, lunch & learns, and engineering office visits, while providing samples, technical data, and design support. - Track specifications using CRM and project intelligence tools and defend them during value engineering or su...
