Description The College of Connected Computing at Vanderbilt University invites applications for all ranks (tenure-track Assistant, tenured Associate, or tenured Full Professor positions) in Computer Science. The faculty positions will be offered within the Vanderbilt College of Connected Computing. The college will advance breakthrough discoveries through interdisciplinary collaborations between other colleges on campus through a “computing for all” approach. Successful applicants at the rank of tenure-track Assistant Professor are expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to develop and grow vigorous programs of externally funded research. Successful applicants at ranks of Associate and Full Professor are expected to fulfill leadership roles in the College, including but not limited to defining and driving educational activities, leading significant collaborative and interdisciplinary research projects recognized both nationally and internationally, and making substantial contributions to the advancement of their field.
