The Summit Area YMCA is seeking tech-savvy, customer-focused Member Service Representatives to support both our Summit and Berkeley Heights branches. In this highly visible, member-facing role, you will be the welcoming face of the Y, creating a positive and supportive experience for every person who walks through our doors. As a Member Service Representative, you will help members check in, register for programs, and access information about everything from swim lessons to wellness classes. You will work in a fast-paced, people-centered environment where every interaction matters. A warm, friendly presence, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others are essential to success in this role.
