Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our TekSynap Defense team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: - Five (5) years relevant experience. Certifications: - Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., Security+) Clearance: - Secret RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide advanced technical expertise and perform in-depth analysis of specialized applications and complex operating environments. Deliver comprehensive systems analysis, design support, integration assistance, and documentation guidance for highly complex challenges. Advise on system solution design and deployment to ensure alignment with mission objectives and business requirements. Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentations. Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend technology enhancements to support continuous improvement initiatives.
