About PatientFi: Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this is a hands-on leadership position that is primarily remote, with a slight preference for candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from our Irvine, CA office. As Principal/Director Product , you will drive end-to-end workflows and UX across provider portals, consumer flows, underwriting/KYC, funding, refunds, chargebacks, and EMR integrations. You will lead Product, Design, and Product Ops/Insights teams to ensure velocity, quality, and data-driven decision-making.
