Job description
As an important part of meeting this growing demand, an Inside Sales role will assume responsibility for managing and growing their assigned accounts. Representative works directly with customers to provide service proposals, follow up on prospect inquiries, and upselling. Role is responsible for the promotion and sales of Vertiv’s current service offerings to customers through building relationships and generating new business. The Inside Sales position for services offers a generous commission structure as well as much exposure to the business, providing the potential for many outlets of career growth at Vertiv. Responsibilities: - Meet established revenue target within assigned accounts through follow-up. - Creates and tracks Customer Relationship Management (CRM) opportunities & quotes. - Responsible for updating opportunities and customer information in the CRM tool including win/loss/cancellations. - Secure customer orders and enter orders correctly for invoicing. - Provides Inbound & Outbound customer communications (calls and e-mails) and escalates to others for technical support as needed. - Increase customer satisfaction by serving as a customer advocate to interact with...
