Job Details The Advanced Clinician Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech and Language Pathologist are responsible for the evaluation, treatment and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given services. The PT, OT and SLP are integral healthcare providers accountable to assist the patient to progress to their highest level of physical, cognitive, linguistic, and swallowing function. The Advanced Clinician will uphold the mission, vision, and values of Jefferson Health. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. Works in conjunction with other allied health care professionals to coordinate treatment plans and care. Has primary responsibility for mentorship and advancement of care in area of specialty practice. Will consider Senior Level Therapist!
