Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or executive engagement. - Experience advising and partnering with C-suite executives or government leaders on external engagements. - Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 25%). Preferred qualifications: - Experience in the emerging technologies landscape, with a track record of analyzing, drafting, or influencing policies related to Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, data governance, or frontier technology systems. - Excellent writing skills, with an ability to distill technical information into actionable intelligence for a C-suite audience. - Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of navigating geopolitical, regulatory, and cultural landscapes to build consensus across international stakeholders. - Excellent project management skills, with an ability to drive policy initiatives from conception to delivery, maintaining meticulous accuracy and alignment in changing political or regulatory environments.
