Calling all Red Seal Journeymen - Off Road/On Road Equipment! Liebherr Canada is seeking a new addition to our Re-manufacturing department. The position is responsible for effective remanufacturing of major components on the Ultra- class off highway trucks, Shovels and Dozers, at the highest levels of quality. Responsible for the assembly, disassembly, and inspection of major components. Responsibilities: - Reconditioning and re-manufacturing of major components - Inspection and measuring of piece parts for re-usability - Assemble components to current factory specifications - Test components as per factory guidelines and specifications - Ensure timely delivery programs are achieved - Maintain and care for tools and equipment as per Liebherr standards - Document all technical data, up-to-date status reports, and write detailed inspection reports - maintain accurate working records for labour and time sheets, - Responsible for warranty upgrades and general repair - Investigate and resolve reported technical problems with equipment and assist with service-related issues for our customers Competencies: - Minimum 5+ years demonstrated diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are a definit...
