Job Title Conceirge/Administrator Job Description Summary The Concierge Administrator is responsible for the daily coordination of office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Job Description Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operations of the facilities and ensure they are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with both client and C&W policies Assist to supervise all maintenance programs and external providers/vendors relating to the facility. Respond positively and promptly requests from tenants and occupants. Assist AFM with inputs to budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facilities. Assist in identifying facility improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives. About You: Experience in Integrated Facilities: Experience in operation and corporate office management Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
