Senior Managing Director Head of UK & Ireland Client Coverage, Europe, State Street Investment Management What you will be responsible for: Client Coverage Leadership Leverage sales management expertise to collaborate and drive execution of the Europe sales strategy designed to grow our business and ensure the UK and Ireland distribution team achieves its financial targets across all client channels. Manage sales and relationship management resources across UK and Ireland; define sales goals across the different teams and drive results. Enhance the sales footprint for increased collaboration and contribution to sales results. Identify opportunities in UK and Ireland to grow the business and collaborate closely with the Sales strategy team to drive sales initiatives to accelerate delivery of sales targets.
