. Overview: As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be supporting Istanbul Branch business team to develop the Global Corporate client portfolio. What You’ll be doing: Main responsibilities: - Assists the relevant RM/GRM in developing and maintaining relationships to provide banking services to Global Corporate clients located in the region; - Supports RM/GRM in all administrative activities related to the assigned client portfolio and prospective clients; - Under the instruction of the relevant RM/GRM, negotiates terms and conditions including pricing, tenor, guarantees and covenants; - Coordinates with Head Office and Istanbul Treasury for relevant funding; - Carries out and assists RM/GRM in KYC/AML related compliance matters; - Assists the RM/GRM in monitoring the quality of each credit and promptly report any material deterioration of the risks; - Ensures that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the internal policies established and implemented by the Bank; - Ensures the proper management of clients guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes; - Assists on...
