Location : Dallas, TX (On-site) | Type : Full Time | Hourly Rate : $21/hr | Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Flexible) We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at a high-volume Toyota dealership in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive dealership experience and a strong understanding of daily accounting functions, including deposits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. What You’ll Do: - Process and post daily cash receipts and deposits accurately - Manage accounts receivable , including monitoring balances and following up on outstanding items - Handle accounts payable , including invoice processing, matching, and vendor payments - Reconcile schedules and maintain accurate financial records - Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks - Ensure compliance with dealership policies and accounting procedures - Communicate with internal departments and vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries - Maintain organized documentation and filing systems What You’ll Need: - Automotive dealership accounting experience required - Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and deposits - Exper...
