Job description

Position Summary The EH&S Advisor, Refineries, provides professional advice and technical support on all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters to meet stringent internal policies, legal responsibilities, and best practices. This role bridges site-level technical execution with regional risk management, ensuring refinery operations comply with Process Safety Management (PSM) and environmental standards while promoting a "zero incident" culture. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Apply strong knowledge of fixed machinery, facilities, and Process Safety Management (PSM) to identify risks and implement corrective measures. Lead the completion of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Hazard and Risk Assessments, ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Management of Change (MOCs) are evaluated, developed, updated, and strictly followed. Conduct regular internal and external compliance audits (Safety, Environment, ISO 9001) and site inspections to ensure adherence to company policy and applicable government standards.
