Why we are looking for support We’re looking for a structured and proactive Working Student to support our Operations team as we scale. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain the systems, workflows, and processes that keep our business running efficiently, from automation and tooling to reporting and data quality. You’ll work across functions to bridge the gap between planning and execution. That means ensuring processes are streamlined, data is reliable, and tools work as intended. If something can be automated, we want it automated. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute directly to the operational backbone that supports our delivery and commercial teams as we expand internationally.
