The Total Rewards Sr Analyst (SATR) is responsible for researching, analyzing, evaluating, and administering a comprehensive total rewards strategy, and programs in alignment with the Company’s business strategy. The SATR will monitor compensation and benefit trends in the business environment and must stay abreast of applicable legislation.
