Description WAGES: - Drivers are paid $33 per hour - Overtime pay starting at 40 hours per week - Drivers are eligible for quarterly safety bonuses HOLIDAYS: - 6 paid holidays should you work on the holiday - Double time payment for all holidays worked PAID TIME OFF: - 2 weeks after 1 year of service - 3 weeks after 5 years of service - 4 weeks after 10 years of service SICK PAY: - Three paid sick days MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE: 401k PLAN - HMO Plan – 100% paid for Individual Driver - Dental Plan – contributions vary by plan - $10,000.00 Life Insurance policy - Matching contribution of 100% up to 6% of Driver’s wages RECRUITMENT BONUS: - $1,000.00 per new Driver Requirements: - 1 – 2 years current, verifiable CDL A over the road tractor trailer experience - Pass drug test, physical, criminal background check and Driver/Cargo Security quiz - Drive a stick shift truck - Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
