Hiring Immediately!: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible to make a compelling difference in the lives of our residents through providing excellence and innovation in aging services. As part of the interdisciplinary team the PT promotes and maintains the functional performance, physical mobility and well being of the residents through the implementation of physical therapy services. The PT develops and implements services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of residents suffering from injuries, aging or disease. They restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health. The PT directs resident participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. The PT demonstrates ability to adapt examination techniques and treatment plans according to the needs of the resident. Demonstrates optimal case management of residents.
