ROLE OVERVIEW: The Warehouse Manager – In-Venue Retail & Major Events will lead the setup, operational readiness, and ongoing management of a Los Angeles-based warehouse supporting retail product distribution for FIFA World CupTM, LA28, Super Bowl, and other large-scale fan and venue activations. This role ensures retail product is staged, allocated, and delivered to venues accurately and on time—directly impacting sales performance, inventory control, and fan experience. This role is responsible for building and managing a retail-focused warehouse operation that supports high-volume inventory intake, allocation, transfer, and distribution to stadiums, fan fests, and temporary retail footprints. The position requires deep expertise in mass shipping and receiving, retail inventory systems, and event-driven logistics. Between major event ramps, this role will support the broader IVR business across existing venue properties and pop-up retail activations.
