Job Description: As Payroll and Employment Tax Compliance Specialist , you will be the in-house specialist ensuring full compliance with UK employment tax and payroll regulations across the business. This role is central to managing statutory obligations across payroll compliance, employment tax, PAYE Settlement Agreements, National Minimum Wage, benefits taxation, and immigration compliance. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll Services, and external advisors to manage risk, maintain strong governance, and ensure the organisation remains aligned with evolving UK legislation.
