Job Title Learning and Development Specialist Job Description: We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and elevate how people grow at Axis across the Americas. You'll turn talent strategy into real, measurable learning experiences that move the business forward. This is an in-office position located in our Chelmsford, MA office. Relocation is not offered for this position. Who is your future team?: You'll be joining the Americas HR team — group of 20 HR professionals who cover the full employee lifecycle for the US, Canada and Latin America. The team is organized into four centers of excellence: HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Learning & Development. Each pillar works in close partnership, sharing data, insights, and a shared belief that great HR is invisible when it works and unforgettable when it doesn't. We believe that great learning design is part art, part science, and entirely human.
