Description AMHC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Caribou Apartments Coordinator to oversee housing operations and support tenant well-being in a residential setting. This role combines property management, tenant support, and behavioral health case management , making it ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and community-focused. Position Summary: The Caribou Apartments Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the Caribou Apartments facility, ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive living environment for tenants. This role also provides direct case management services through the Behavioral Health Home (BHH) program, supporting tenants and other assigned clients in achieving stability and community integration.
