Min USD $43.27/Hr. Max: USD $52.88/Hr. Job Summary: The Sr. SBA Analyst is responsible for providing due diligence and analytical support on various kinds of SBA 7a loans to the SBA Loan Officer, Relationship Manager and SBA Program Manager. The Sr. SBA Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing credit information on current and potential borrowers; determines the advisability of granting credit for SBA 7a loans; assists SBA Loan Officers, Relationship Managers and the SBA Program Manager in writing loan requests; provides mentoring/coaching support to junior Analysts; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good client relations and referring clients to appropriate staff for new services.
