MSL Manager, Türkiye Reports to: Affiliate Medical Director: Role Overview: The Medical Science Liaison Manager is responsible for effective and compliant implementation of the MSL program within assigned therapeutic areas, with direct supervisory responsibility for a team of field-based Medical Science Liaisons. The role encompasses managing team performance and development, overseeing the quality and effectiveness of field operations, and implementing strategic plans to optimize team impact.
