You’ll also provide clerical support and assistance to both internal team members and external customers, helping ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations. What you will do: Greets and communicates with patients via phone or in person in a courteous and professional manner identifying themselves and their department. Answers telephones in a timely, courteous, and professional manner utilizing appropriate scripting. Verifies active primary and secondary third-party payer insurance coverage eligibility with the payers via prescribes format.
