Job Description: This job operates in a lab environment with equipment such as analytical balances, food homogenization equipment, pipetting tools, incubators, water baths, plate readers, various commercial protein and DNA based technologies for food pathogen detection (VIDAS, BAX, GDS, GeneUp, BioRAd), spectrophotometer, VITEK Microbial Identification System, basic wet chemistry equipment for analysis of moisture, protein, fat, ash, salt. Please note, this position is open to international candidates residing ONLY in Mexico. The company will sponsor the required work visa for successful applicants. We also offer a lump‑sum relocation payment to support your move to the work location. This amount will be paid in your first paycheck.
