The Event Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of effective event marketing strategies that support WellSky’s sales activities resulting in trackable lead generation, brand recognition, and client retention. The scope of this job includes supporting the marketing and sales teams with event logistics and support, operational management, budget reconciliation, and communication with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Execute activities and objectives related to various client-facing events and conferences, including registration, logistics, communication, and budget requirements. - Coordinate vendors, speakers, catering, and AV teams for assigned external or internal events. - Provide oversight of WellSky's marketing assets, manage inventory, and identify procurement needs, including shipping necessary items for tradeshows and other hosted events. - Coordinate on-site logistics and communication with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth coordination and flawless delivery. - Gather feedback fro...
