Key Activities & Responsibilities In this role, you will: Ensure compliance & system excellence - Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly HSE metrics. - Manage HSE information systems within the corporate network. - Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 , leading audits and continuous improvement projects. Strengthen safety culture: - Coach leadership and employees at all levels on HSE responsibilities. - Facilitate organizational development initiatives to address root causes of environmental and safety issues. - Lead safety committee initiatives and enforce use of PPE. Risk Management & Incident Response: - Conduct safety and environmental risk assessments. - Lead incident investigations and drive closure of corrective and preventive actions. - Coordinate emergency drills and respond to on‑site emergencies when needed. Training & Compliance: - Deliver and coordinate HSE training programs for all employees. - Oversee contractor safety orientation. - Ensure timely submission of reports to corporate and legal entities.
