Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country. Sales Rep Liaison contributes to Ion Solar by working with sales reps to solve problems and increase cash flow while fulfilling special requests as needed from management. We are seeking a self-motivated problem-solver who can communicate complex issues in a professional manner to solar sales representatives and customers and then coordinate the solution quickly and effectively. Duties/Responsibilities: Address Inbound concerns from our outside sales representatives in regard to specific customers, broad issues, complaints or problems Take the lead on difficult projects and coordinate with multiple internal departments to solve the problem. Communicate and outline plans and solutions to customers. Monitor solar projects and identify potential timeline delays. Create customized reports and resources for sales reps in the field.
