You will receive mentoring from the Operations Management team while gaining hands-on leadership experience managing macadamia orchards. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute operational work plans on schedule, including land maintenance and development, chemical and nutrition programs, irrigation, and harvesting. - Monitor orchard operations, equipment, and practices, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. - Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to your team. - Lead by example in environmental and Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards. - Manage day-to-day farming operations and team activities. - Collaborate with MFM’s wider support team across orchard management, finance, people management, and safety.
