The Training and Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s human resources and workforce development functions. This position is responsible for coordinating candidate screening and interview scheduling, managing employee training and professional development initiatives, and overseeing apprenticeship and internship programs. Additionally, the role ensures accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
