Job Purpose and Impact: The Senior HR Business Partner will execute and deliver people processes focused on people and culture strategy, implementation of solutions to improve performance and engagement, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders, analyze metrics at plant location and identify sensitive matters.
