This role is well suited to candidates with an interest in capital markets who enjoy analysing corporate structures, disclosures, and governance frameworks, and understanding how these are assessed by market participants. What You’ll Do: As a member of the Corporate Governance Research team, you will: Analyse corporate governance and financial disclosures of publicly listed Polish companies Review company documents such as: Shareholder meeting (AGM/EGM) materials Articles of association / bylaws: Board and committee information: Apply well‑defined governance guidelines and policies to assess companies and produce clear, structured research reports Produce high‑quality research reports and vote recommendations used by global institutional investors Respond to internal and external questions by explaining governance topics clearly and objectively Engage with companies and investor stakeholders on governance‑related questions Contribute written insights and commentary to ISS Governance publications Build deep expertise in corporate governance, capital markets, an...
