Job Description: Clinic Supervisor (Dermatology Clinic) St Michaels House, St. Michaels Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 2HE Permanent, Full time 40 hours per week Paying £33,600 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications Role Overview: As a Clinic Supervisor you will be accountable to support the Practice Manager to drive and improve the operational performance across the Dermatology service and ensure customers receive the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Clinic Supervisor will take accountability for quality improvements and people management and will drive a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing demand, understanding customer’s needs (adults and children) and deliver process improvements.
