Proposals Specialist

Job description

The Proposals Specialist is responsible for understanding aspects of the offshore market sector (including floating offshore installations), developing proposals in conjunction with operations and marketing for submission to clients. The Proposal Specialist is responsible for assisting sales and consulting services to both new and existing clients in support of the overall strategic and business objectives. Proposal Specialist performs proposal and related project management functions, provide support for the day-to-day activities and the administration of the Proposals under the direction of the Commercial Operations Supervisor and at the request of Business Development and /or Opportunity Owners. What You Will Do: - Follows the ABS offshore proposal/project generation process and has a working knowledge of the Shipley process with supervision. - Gather client relevant information to assist in preparing proposals based on feedback from Business Development and/or Opportunity Owners. - Utilize the pricing tool and/or fee schedule for the performance of the fee estimation, within local and regional level. - Draft, edit and finalize proposals, with interaction of Business Development...
