Job Description We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of talented Software Engineers, supporting their execution, growth, and career development - Gather and drive clarity on software requirements from diverse groups including customers, application engineers, hardware, and firmware engineers - Provide technical leadership and contribute hands‑on when needed to offload the team - Drive execution, resource planning, and prioritization in a fast-paced and evolving environment - Remove blockers, improve processes, and champion the team across the organization Qualifications: - 10 years of software engineering work experience, including 2+ years of experience managing a team - BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field - Proficient programming skills in Java/Kotlin and Python - Solid understanding of software systems and development practices using CI/CD - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communications skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with JavaFX or GUI development very strongly preferred - Experience with basic electronics, microcontroller program...
