UG2 is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Supervisor to oversee operations for our Inland Empire region. This leadership role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality janitorial and facilities services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, and warehouse environments. The District Supervisor will ensure exceptional customer service, drive operational excellence, and manage a large team of field and support staff. Qualifications: - Oversee daily operations of janitorial and facilities management services across 5M+ square feet of managed space. - Lead a team of supervisors, site managers, and janitorial staff to ensure consistent service delivery that exceeds client expectations. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution. - Ensure contract compliance, including staffing levels, service standards, and safety protocols. - Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis. - Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Recruit, train, and develop personnel to foster a high-pe...
