Job DetailsJob Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035Position Type: Part TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma or EquivalentSalary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 Hourly SUMMARY: The Suite Level Attendant is responsible for assisting with and coordinating every aspect of food and beverage service to 10-20 suites on an event day. This role serves as the direct contact for suite holders and their guests during the event. The Level Attendant will lead by example with high standards and customer service. Clear priorities and communication with Suite level staff and management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet staff pre shift to review and highlight the daily operation. The Level Attendant is responsible for keeping management aware of delivery times and issues that may affect a guest’s visit.
