Oversee the business, operational, and commercial activities of Cherokee Film Studios working with internal and external partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and effective use of studio facilities and services. - Provides strategic oversight of studio operations including facility use, staffing, budgeting, and long-term planning. - Oversee day-to-day operations of Cherokee Film Studios, including scheduling, maintenance, and operational coordination for soundstages and support services. - Ensures optimal scheduling and use of studio facilities, equipment, and related services. - Develops and maintains operational policies, facility usage guidelines, and client procedures. - Ensures high standards of client service, quality control, and operational consistency across studio activities. - Responsible for financial performance of Cherokee Film Studios, including revenue generation, expense management, forecasting and reporting. - Develops and oversees sales strategies for studio rentals, production services, and related offerings. - Works with account executives to ensure successful client onboarding, scheduling coordination, contract alignment, and fulfillment of...
