Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift Princeton, NJ: The Shift Supervisor leads manufacturing operations by setting direction for the shift, driving performance, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of the production plan. Working closely with the Production Manager and Shift Leads, this role aligns resources, manages priorities, and partners with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues. The Supervisor maintains a strong floor presence, coaching and developing team members while proactively addressing risks that could impact safety, quality, or delivery. Success in this role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards, proper use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), and accountability for consistent standard work and continuous improvement.
