The Medical Assistant in Podiatry provides care under the supervision of the Physician. Obtains vital signs and performs x-rays of the foot. Obtains relevant medical information and records it in EMR. The medical assistant also performs front-end clerical operations of the practice including but not limited to reception, scheduling, check-out, and answering phones. na EDUCATION: Minimum: Preferred: LICENSE: - High School Degree or equivalent - Graduate from an accredited school for Medical Assistant.
