Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant to join our Laboratory on a Per-Diem basis. The Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant is responsible for the collection, preparation, and distribution of clinical specimens. This role involves performing essential laboratory testing, managing specimen records, and providing clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the laboratory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment. This position does travel to our off-site locations Position Requirements: - Required: High School Graduate - Preferred Education: Graduate from a Phlebotomy program - Professional Experience: Requires the ability to perform phlebotomies - Licensure: Valid Wisconsin Drivers License - Required Certification: Current BLS certification - Special Requirements: Prefer one-year of related experience in a Laboratory, medical hospital, or nursing home.
