Clinical Nurse – Residential Aged Care We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurses who are interested in progressing into a Clinical Nurse role at Good Shepherd Lodge, East Mackay. This opportunity is ideal for Registered Nurses who demonstrate strong clinical leadership capability and are committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards. This role works Monday to Friday, day shift only. About the Role: The Clinical Nurse provides clinical leadership and oversight across the facility, supporting best practice care delivery, mentoring nursing and care staff, and ensuring clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role works collaboratively with the Clinical Manager, Facility Manager and multidisciplinary teams to promote excellence in care outcomes and resident wellbeing.
