Job DetailsJob Location: PARKWAY CONSTRUCTION - LEWISVILLE, TX 75067 GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: The Architect will provide clients with exceptional architectural services that seamlessly integrate construction expertise with innovative design. Working within a "Design-Build" framework and utilizing BIM software, the Architect will help clients visualize their projects during the design phases, fostering collaboration between the architecture and construction teams to achieve a unified approach to project delivery. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand the business plan and review project benchmarks to assess results. Create design presentation drawings using advanced 3D graphics. Conduct cost analysis in collaboration with the construction team. Produce highly accurate construction documents that meet industry standards. Coordinate with consultants and team members to ensure project alignment. Review shop drawings and project submittals as necessary. Ensure code compliance and conduct reviews with local authorities.
