Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Institute is searching for a Senior Project Scientist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. We are seeking creative and energetic Senior Project Scientist that is responsible for determining priorities for project area based on overall organizational goals. The incumbent will direct the work of project members to ensure goals are achieved. Frequently presents research findings to current or potential sponsors and at major national or international conferences. Responsibilities: Acts as team leader, providing project management direction. Contributor in developing and documenting research findings and collaborator in writing scientific papers. Lead advanced research activities, ensure compliance with institutional and sponsor requirements, and support dissemination and transition of research outcomes.
