Employment Type: Part time Shift: Description: POSITION PURPOSE: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community services team. As an RN in community services, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical treatment services to the targeted populations. You will work closely with diverse populations, including individuals with serious mental illness and/or drug/alcohol addiction. The primary focus of this role is to promote wellness, prevent illness, and improve health outcomes through education, advocacy, and direct patient care. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Deliver/Observe and educate person served on medication(s)/side effects and use Provides outreach, case management, counseling, advocacy, and other needed services to clients in any environment including: the streets, shelters, jails, hospitals, homes, apartments, personal care homes, state hospitals, inpatient hospital, and rehab settings. Collaboration with treatment team to support techniques that are consumer-first and included trust and respect.
