ABOUT US: CYC Forest Edge is set on a beautiful 120 acre property on the banks of the LaTrobe River, catering year-round for 200+ guests at a time. We have the privilege of hosting a variety of groups with varying needs and objectives, from high-energy adventure focused programs through to relaxing retreats. As part of our Catering team you have the opportunity serve our guests through providing tasty, visually appealing and healthy meals, in a clean, pleasant, and welcoming camp environment. ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Catering, the Cook/Chef’s main goal is to ensure that our guests receive delicious and nutritious meals on time, in accordance with the food safety plan, and served with exceptional customer service.
