Lead and provide direction to a team of Regulatory professionals. Possesses expert level regulatory knowledge and communication skills and performs varied work assignments demonstrating an in-depth proficiency in the application of theory and analytical techniques to solutions of diverse problems. Educates others on regulatory matters related to filings, testimony, discovery response development, cost drivers, and revenue. Leads the technical staff in the preparation and support of analytical studies. May serve as a policy or technical expert for the company in regulated matters, including strategy development, negotiations, and testifying. Familiar with state or federal regulation standards, codes, concepts, systems, and business processes relevant to work assignments.
