Senior Director Strategy Execution and Engagement (E6093) - 260050 : EXE-A20 Description: Job Summary The Senior Director, Strategy Execution and Engagement is a pivotal leadership role that serves as the architect of organizational alignment, translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives while driving coordinated market engagement across the IEEE SA. The incumbent will orchestrate the end-to-end strategic lifecycle from planning and cross-functional execution to board-level reporting and stakeholder engagement and serve as the connective tissue across departments, ensuring strategic initiatives move from concept to reality with precision and impact. In this role, the incumbent will spearhead our market engagement strategy, positioning the organization for enhanced visibility, influence, and growth. This position reports to the IEEE SA Managing Director and will be responsible for managing a team that includes two direct reports.
