A Day in the Life: The Service & Repair department is a growing organization across EMEA and is part of the Customer Care & Supply Chain organization of Medtronic. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a Senior Technical Service Specialist (field) to support customers in UK & Ireland as well as the requirement to support across EMEA when needed. The Senior Field Service Specialist is the primary technical liaison for Medtronic CAS customers. You are also a technical support avenue for the CAS Clinical Field and Sales team. You will be completely responsible for the technical assessment, installation, support, servicing, and maintenance of the Affera mapping and ablation equipment. You will interface closely with the Field Service team and the Sales team to coordinate resources to best satisfy sites and with Quality, Production and Engineering to feedback technical information about our products learned in the field.
